Julie
Roberts Organisational Consultant
Julie Roberts has a professional career spanning administration,
child welfare, government policy and teaching (DipBus at TAFE).
Julie has worked in the EEO/Valuing Diversity field for some 16
years across the education, public and private sectors and is widely
respected for her skills in complaint management, including conciliation
and formal investigation of complaints.
Julie's professional expertise is now focused on organisational
change and consulting with current projects in

- individual and team coaching
- workplace review diagnostics

Julie holds a B.A. (1990) in Economic History and Politics and
a PostGraduate Diploma in Industrial Relations/Human Resource Management
(1996) University of Melbourne. She is currently completing a PostGraduate
Diploma in Organisation, Change & Consulting at RMIT with a
view to undertaking the Masters Program.
Julie has completed associated professional training in Advanced
Counselling Skills (Cairnmillar Institute); an Australian Institute
of Socio-Analysis Fellowship course (2001) is an accredited Lifeline
Counsellor (2000-2), an accredited DISC Analyst (2003) and an accredited
Conciliator (TAFE National since 1994).
David Mathes
Organisational Consultant
David Mathes has a professional career spanning Finance, Sales
& Marketing, General Management for some 23 years in the corporate
sector in Australia.
David's professional expertise is now focused on organisational
change and consulting with current projects in
- change management and continuous improvement
- strategic and operational planning
- group facilitation
- individual and team coaching
- conflict and complaint management
- action learning to facilitate individual and organisational
change
David holds a B.Econs, University of Adelaide, and is a member
of the CPA Association. He is an accredited facilitator with the
Mindshop Consulting Group (2001) an accredited DISC Analyst (2003)
and is currently completing a PostGraduate Diploma in Organisation,
Change & Consulting at RMIT with a view to undertaking the Masters
Program.
David has completed associated professional training in Advanced
Counselling and Psychotherapy Practice (Cairnmillar Institute 2001),
Open Space Institute workshops 2001, Australian Institute of Socio-Analysis
group dynamics workshops and fellowship course 2000-1 and is a member
of the Gestalt Organisation Group at Swinburne University whilst
studying Gestalt psychotherapy at Gestalt Therapy Australia. David
is currently Vice President of the Counsellors & Psychotherapists
Association of Victoria.
